Hi,

 

My face is dark and has some thick dark marks on the face (on my

below forehead).

My eyes also surrounded by dark circles .My nose, ears and upper

forehead parts are fair and all my remaining body is very fair.

 

Could you please some body help me to get fairness?

Dear kumar

Ayurvedic name for your complaint is kshudra kushtha .It is a disorder of skin

which is having root cause in digestion .when the process of digestion is not

in proper sequence that is Bharan (taking food), 'Poshan(nutrition ),

utsarjan(excretion of unwanted things) then the unwanted things remain in the

body anywhere .the thick dark marks on face & black circle around eyes is

nothing but these unwanted things.

 

Liver does the function of Poshan by the process of digestion. If the function

of liver is affected because of mentel tension ,hectic schedule, luxurious life

Hi,

I incidentally have the same problem, i.e. dark marks and dark circles on my

face.

I would really appreciate if you could tell me the cure of this problem.

 

Here is the data you asked for :

Birth Date:- 15th Oct. 1975.

Edible likes & dislikes:- Like sweet things more. Usually end up eating a

day-old food.

Type of work:- More of a computer related work. Sit in front of a computer for

minimum of 10hrs a day.

Habits: Sleep around 12:30am and wake-up 7:30am.

Water intake: 3 to 4 glasses a day + some coffee, tea and Coke.

Dietary: - Eat 2 meals a day - One around 1pm and second one around 9:30pm at

night. May be a lite snack in between. Things like - biscuits, annas, chocolate,

Samosas etc. I do end up having some gas after few hours of food intake.

Again, I would really appreciate if you can provide a 100% cure to my problem.
