Dear Dr. Bhate,

On your last post about Sesame oil, I have a question

on your statement about not using cottonseed, palm and

sunflower oils. I can understand why you mentioned

cottonseed and palm because I understand they have

high levels of saturated fats. I cannot understand

why you said not to use sunflower oil. They have high

levels of unsaturated fats. We also eat them and by

every source I know of they are considered healthy

food. I do know that one should not cook with

sunflower oil. If we use cold pressed sunflower oil

in it's natural state, then why would it be unhealthy.

By the way, I rarely if ever use sunflower oil.

Thank you

GB Khalsa
