I had panic attacks 24 hours a day 7 days a week about 5 years ago. The best

thing to do is therapy and/or group therapy. Relying on medicine isn't the way

to go as it is the thought process that brings on the panic. Learning positive

thought processes really work. You need to retrain your brain. You need to pay

attention to the negative inner thoughts that you are probably unaware you are

thinking and replace them with positive reassuring thoughts. Take charge of your

life, don't let your life take charge of you. You are the boss of your brain.

 

One thing that does help is the herb Passion Flower. It is calming, but not a

cure. It is available in capsules, tea or tincture.
