Guest guest
Hi Jennifer and Christian; Regarding this thread, it is my teachers' way of speaking about it that if you have aggravated/high pitta and vata, a kapha oil would mean an oil which reduces kapha. The products available in the US for this would be called vata oil or pitta oil or a combination, ie named to reduce that dosha. You would not want to be reducing kapha with high vata. Should i enhance this with vatta & pitta massage oil or balance myself with kapha? >If a person is of Vata/Pitta constition a kapha oil may prove balancing. Guest guest
Hi Martha Is is good you made it more clear, because I was not thinking in products available on the markets. When I was speaking about a Kapha Oil I meant a fat oil which has the quality of Kapha and which will balance a Vata/Pitta constitution. Maybe Sunflower oil would be one of the best - any other opinions? Guest guest
Hello Christian & Martha ; Thank you both for your response & advice. I can see i have an enormous amount to learn. I am in Australia, on the East Coast,NSW. If you have any contacts re practitioners here, i would appreciate the link. Also the astrology contact would be of interest to me, as i study western astrolgy , more for prediction rather than health, but love anything to do with the subject. Best Regards Jennifer
