Hi Jennifer

It may be better to consult an ayurvedic physician as it is difficult

to judge the constitution, especially your own. If a person is of

Vata/Pitta constition a kapha oil may prove balancing. I found it

quite easy to judge the persons constitution through a combination of

Indian Astrology and a personal consultation.

Take 100 gram Brahmi powder and boil in 4 liter Water down to ½

liter. Taka away the herms and boil the decogtion with 1 liter oil.

Boil untill most water has evaporated. Next day boil it untill the

rest of the water has gone. Now pour the oil through a sieve - and it

is ready for use. Especielly good for the hair and in 3rd eye.

Ashwagandha is a tonic for persons with Vata constitutions. If you

need a good book I can recommend "Yoga of herbs" - David Frawley.

Hope it helps
