Guest guest
Dear Cath, Iteach Kundalini Yoga. All yogas are good. Kundalini Yoga has many kriyas or "yoga sets" designed for the naval and for digestion. Just pulling stomach lock is good. Naulis are also good.Probably the best exercise is "stretch pose", which is a Kundalini Yoga exercise. Go to http://www.kundaliniyoga.com/ to find a teacher. I hope this helps. Guest guest
My experience is also that Mayur Asana (Peacock) is the strogest for abdomen in a short time is the Naves Chakra (manipura chakra) is weak. Udhiana Bandha and Nayli Kriya is also able to cure abdominal problems. If the problem is because of unbalanced stomack meridians like often seen in people with Pitta/Kapha constitutions I have good results with forward bending poses like Paschimotana Asana .
