Guest guest
Hi everyone My friend and I are studying Ayurvedic Therapeutics, trying to classify them according to the 6 prakritis Vata, pitta, kapha and their mix,. In ayurveda there seems to be the following groups. We use the yoga of herbs by David Frawley but we need something more deeply a many herbs are described under more than one of the 15 groups.
