ayurvedic formulations to neutralise mercury?

Hi Merevita;

The pesto will keep its green color better in darker or opaque

container, but I rarely think of this when I make it; using what I

have. Prefer glass to plastic due to the xeno-estrogens from reusing

many plastics and their researched detrimental fake hormone effects.

I prefer not to freeze and use foods, the prana is not so good. But

some people want to make things all at once or while the ingredients

are available (like basil pesto also) hence the comment about

freezing option. To use, you would want it in the fridge, not

frozen, and put on something warm to take the chill off. Do not cook

due to the flax seed oil content.

It will be hard to keep much for very long anyway, it is very tasty

and nutritionally satisfying for snacks or meals, regardless of to

what degree it helps with mercury. It is true, I have not seen

research cited, only many sources. AS I see this style of info

exchange happening also with the serotonin discussions (ref another

post) I respectfully take Todd's comments into the equation, but I do

not believe it can hurt. Dr. Lad also emphasizes the virtues of

cilantro beyond chelation for immune health.
