Dear Timlu,

There is no "right time" as such for conceiving.

But based on ayurvedic principles of Ritucharya the "bala" or

strenght of the body is maximum at the midpoint of Dakshinayan.

This means Hemant and Shishir Ritu as described in ayurvedic texts.

If you are in India this will roughly correspond to mid-November to

mid-February. This 2 seasons are considered the best if you going in

for "planned pregnancy". The months per se are not important. What is

important is that the climatic conditions should be that as

prevailing in November-February in India. So in other countries any

period where the climatic conditions are similar can be considered as

good for "planned pregnancy".
