Guest guest
I can recommend a yogic practice. Always go to the toilet in "crow pose". Crow pose is a position in which a person is standing and then bends the knees so that one ends up squatting with the knees fully bent, with the feet flat on the floor or the toilet seat (depending on the situation). Do this pose when urinating or defecating or whether male or female. It helps align the colon for easier evacuation. For men, it puts a slight pressure on the prostate to help the prostate. This is also good for many female problems. When urinating, stop the flow of urine 8 times during each trip to the toilet. To do this, squeeze the anal sphincter tight, then pull the anal sphincter up to the sex organ and squeeze tight. Guru Khalsa.
