my opinion of mercury use in indian medicine

my master judge Balarmaiya was giving rasaganduhi mezegu for several

patients for a prolonged period of several years and no ill effects found.

But this is not a universal rule.what he often says is that sulphour

kills mercury and a combination of mercury with sulphour is safe.

As per tamil siddha system mercury must be bind before use and strengthened

heat tolarating, after binding it will not evoprate even at thousands of

degrees of heat.So gold or any other metal combined with it will mingle

with mercury and while preparing medicine all the sindrooa will be at the

bottom and will not deposit at the top of the vessal.

This is the right quality of medicine and this medicine is a kalpa

But this binding technique is a secreat and no one knows it

In my practice I use linga sindrooa for one or two months for the

treatment of neurologic disease where it is needed. and I found no

ill effects. See to cure a specific disease if its use is required

one can use it.A doctor can decide its dose and duration.

I have seen one Ayurvedic company's rheumatic produt containig

rasa sindrooa ,Such medicines patients themselves bye in the counter

and use for years is no good. I have seen a lady using it for more than two

years pescribed by another physician and she was continuosly using,

she had a lot of health disorders.

 

Generaly mercury is not requried for most illness and unnessary use

better avoid. The another reason is one who takes mercury follow

a particular type of food pattern. less salt. no tamarind, veg diet.

If you are under diet,there won't be much problem If you use pork

or chicken immediatly the patient will develop reaction .

In our system the food too is allergic and not the medicine only.

Nowadays patients are not sturdy , Morning they meet us and in

the evening they consult allopathic physician and get some other

medicine. such combinations if produce problems then the doctor

blames the alt practitioner.

In India it is usual practice of modern practitioners to threaten

patients against native systems. I use to say that it is always

their right to kill people and they won't allow us to do that.

what the anciant scripts says is one who takes processed

mercury will become a sprit.

I know one scenior practitioner who took mercury at the age of

24 lost teeth now he is 95, wishes to die naturaly and death

does not come to him ,Because mercury is life force it won't

allow life to leave the body.
