Guest guest
I took a dosha test yesterday. I was quite surprised to see such high scores. My vata was 80 while the pitta and kapha were both 60. I have been feeling a bit off balance inside and was not surprised to see all three quite high. Any suggestions ? While I was taking shatavari they were all quite low, but I haven't been able to find any sold in our area, I will have to place an order with Banyan - as that is the only ayurveda herbals company I know if ? It has been recommended, so I guess I best get on it. I went to the health food store yesterday but they only specialize in chinese and traditional herbs. Although shatavari in pill form is one I could have ordered at $10 for a months worth. Takes two weeks to get here, any suggestions to help lower all three dosha's especial vatta as I am a Pitta predominant person would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
hi, I just read your message. Bazaarofindia.com carries shatavari and pretty much any other herbs you may need--in capsule and bulk forms. I have ordered from them online for years and have always received my order within 3-4 days and they have never once been "out" of any herb or other product. namaste, dharma ayurveda, Deana <squeekyme@c...> wrote: > I took a dosha test yesterday. Guest guest
I think Deana was just using one of those questionaries that one can find in any Ayurvedic books. mayuri shah <mayuri_shah99 wrote: Dear Deana, Can you tell me hoe you take a test of dosha of vatta, and pitta also. Guest guest
It was a dosha online test. If you type in Dosha test on the search engines you can find one. I like to take one every 3 or 4 months to see how I am doing. Hugs Deana
