Guest guest
Good Evening: Greeting group. I am new to this forum and was referred to it by my boyfriend. I am 38 years old and a mother of four. I am an anemic since childhood. I have had my arms and fingers pricked to take out blood for testing; that is why I have such a fear of needles and gave birth naturally! I have been forced iron pills due to me throwing them up as a kid and early teenager; plyschological reasons for my throwing them...sure! My blood count used to be 4 when an average female is 14. I just went to the doc and he just called me and left a message that I need to go back to a hemotologist. Just great!!! Doc said I have a low count on iron, Vitamin D and Calcium. I am allergic to iron and can not take it by pill. He is recommending it by intervenous. I have had two of these precedures done and they were tiring and risky. If I had an allergic reaction, I would have to get dialysis done immediately to clean my blood. Can you recommend me natural methods, recipes of getting what I need so my doc (very loving and caring - not sarcasm) can leave me alone? Thank you, Rem
