Vertigo

Hey,

 

In the past few weeks I have a sudden feeling of light

headedness. I'm was not able to find any pattern to

this issue. Its preety bad, I just had to go to bed &

rest until I was fine. So when I checked with my

doctor, she mentioned that it could be Vertigo. So

when I asked her about a cure she asid its pretty

common in some people & cannot say a specific reason

for its occurance & she asked to see if I can find a

pattern. Is there any cure or methods that we can

avoid such issues or problems. Thanks in advance.

Are you having dizziness or the feeling that everything is turning

around (while standing still) with a slight nauseating feeling while

walking with it? Are you also slightly constipated?

 

 

This usually indicates excess vata and toxins in the colon. Take

trifala, and try to ensure regular bowel movements and drink plently

of water. Also sleep on the back (not on the sides) and see if there

is any improvement.

 

If the dizziness is because of excess vata, this is a fairly minor

problem and nothing to worry about.
