Dear Leandro,

 

In regards to your anxiety, I know you do yoga. Try

doing shoulderstand and plough for 5 minutes each.

Do you do any exercise like running? Often

cardio-pulmonary exercises are good to get the extra

energy out.

Ok, I've started doing it. I've readen in a yoga book that this is the

best medicine for anxiety, and 2 months of these asanas can be very

good for healing.

I think I've been so stupid today, I've woken up and 5 minutes after

was doing these asanas, now my back is killing me. I think I should do

some suryanamascar before or do these asanas later...

Yes, I go to my work and university by bike (more than 40

minutes/day), and also run twice a week and swim sometimes. Also go to

the gym (3x a week) and yoga (2x week).

Leandro, never do an asana beyond a stage you feel comfortable and get

pleasure out of it, else you are compromising one of the most fundamental

principles. Best would be to do (apart from Suryanamaskar) a few simpler

asanas leading you to shoulder stand and plough pose like Viparitkarni,

Pavanmuktaasan with rocking action etc.
