Guest guest
How can I manage it? I've been going to yoga classes twice a week, doing exercises everyday, taking some fitoteraphic and teas, eating well (according to my dosha and my exercises), but I'm not able to manage it. I'm a Vata-pitta and 21 years old student by porpuse. Thanks for your attention
Guest guest
Have you tried essential oils? I find that lavender oil is especially useful, as is rose, though quite expensive. I also find it important to keep regular sleep patterns and to be in bed by 10pm... as a student that might be difficult for you, but worth a try if you're able. Being vata-pitta, you might also benefit by oiling yourself each day with sesame/sunflower oil. To cool down, you need serotonin, which is produced by following recommendation. Rich carbohydrate diet secrets Serotonin hormone which induces sleep. Sugar causes the Serotonic secretion. This entire preparation relaxes the brain microchannels and cells. This brings Vata dosha to balance. This preparation has been used on epilepsy as well as hysteria patients successfully. When taken after breakfast, does not induce sleep but a mild drowsiness comes. In case boiling daily is impossible due to lifestyle, or getting the powders is difficult, one can take Aswagandharishtam 3 tsp (15 ml) with equal water after lunch and dinner/bedtime. Hi Cynthia, first of all, thanks for your attention. How can apply these oils? Is there a best time? > I also find it important to keep regular sleep patterns and to be in bed > by 10pm... as a student that might be difficult for you, but worth a try if you're able. I've been trying to do this, even beacuse I wake up at 6 am and I'm tired at this time. > Being vata-pitta, you might also benefit by oiling yourself each day > with sesame/sunflower oil. I've been doing this with sesame, before sleeping (feet, hands and shoulders). Thanks a lot, Leandro
