For eg-Oxygen consumption,Basal Metabolic Rate etc. alongwith rejuvenating your body as well as mind and increasing your inner strength. Yoga gives relief from stress,depression and all the mental and physical diseases known to us.Practice of yoga-asanas have successfully removed heart blocks without any surgeries.KAPAALBHATI pranaayaam is very useful for heart patients as it removes the heart blocks in maximum 2 weeks. HEALTH TIP- A glassful of -Fresh bottle gourd juice+ basil leaves juice taken daily is excellent for heart ailments,skin radiance and glow as well as helpful for weight loss.
