Vata-pitta

Hello :-P,

 

some weeks ago I've seen an ayurvedic doctor and he's diagnosed (what

I already supposed from the teste I've made) that I'm originally

vata-pitta, but lately my vata-dosha has been so high and kapha

extremely low. So he told a lot of suggestions to change my diary routine.

 

As my digestion is so irregular he gave some tips for me to try and

check it out if agni (digestive capacity) grows: anise seeds (

Pimpinella anisum) and ginger tea at the morning; bitting cardamom

seeds and cinnamon after lunch; adding pepper to my meals.

 

I've been following these straightly for the last 3 weeks, and my

digestion is a little better, but as my original pitta is so high I've

started having problems with acne.

 

My doctor is travelling at the moment so as it was a test (that

apparently hasn't worked) I gave up to follow his recommendations

(I've kept just the anise seed).

 

Anyone has a suggestion to my digestion problem that doesn't make my

pitta so high?
