Guest guest
Chyvanprasha available in Indian Market has been altered by pharmacies from traditional formulae. Thus some are available with Pearl Bhasma added, some with saffron added, some with "Praval" added and some with "Gold" bhasma added. IF one is taking in summer, it is better to reduce the dosage to half and use the varities with "Pearl", "Praval" added, take it with ghee and/or milk, Gulkand or "Chousat Prahar Peepal" powder. The author adds Rose petals to Chyvanprasha during summer. It become necessary to give it to a patient even in summer, if patient has become very weak due to other reasons. Of course, there exist alternatives to Chyvanprasha in summer. But this is digression of the subject. If body gets heated, A/c room is not the correct solution. The hear must be removed by various naturopathic ways. Dr Bhate ayurveda, kalipadma@j... wrote: > aquaintance (who likes to challenge authority) said, "why not take it in > the summer anyway?
