My ayurvedic type is vata-kapha and I gain a lot of weight sometimes. I have really bad allergies. I wake up with itchy, red eyes and a stuffy nose and have to take cortisone pills and decongestant pills. Could you make any ayurvedic recommendations as to diet etc?
