Guest guest
Dear Sita, Most of the contents listed by you for Pharmacy Medicine Rumalaya (HImalaya Pharmacy, Chennai), also appear in another joint condition termed Gout (Vatrakta), see message No. 2001 which you can quickly access by clicking on: http://health.ayurveda/message/2001 Hence, it can be said that Rumalaya can be useful in your arthritis patient. Slightly different medicines are created by other pharmacies also under the name: Rheumaraj (Unjha Pharmacy) , Rheumanil (Baidyanath) Mahanarayan oil has been found quite useful in many cases of Sciatica pains, Kampvata, Shunyavata etc., but in general it can be said that Rheumatoid arthritis is a condition wherein oil does not give significant cure. For osteo arthrits and cervical spondylosis oil massage gives significant pain relief. Author has no experience with Punarnava Oil. Guest guest
Hello Dr. Bhate, I have degenerative osteo arthritis in my lower back, and hip joints. Some times the lower back is so painful, I have tears in my eyes. I have a good pain tolerance, but not with that. I started taking Boswellia and S.O.D. and have noticed a tremendous improvement. If I am doing housework and bending, then my lower back kicks up on me. I just rest. I seem to find I am to tall, for lots of things so it puts pressure on my back to bend even slightly. Much love, Bonnie
