bad breath from allergies

Hi Charlie:

I am no expert here, but when I was going through a very bad time in my life, I

too had palpitations. My dad had just passed and things were mighty bad. I

went to my/his doctor and he did an echo-cardiogram to rule out anything

dangerous. It was just stress. As far as your bad breath, I have problems with

a lump in my throat that I just constantly swallow and it stays put. For that I

started using a netti cup every morning, with Nasya oil after. Just two or

three drops in each nostril. The trick is to have the water warm and comfy, not

to hot or cold, with some salt.....the spoon comes with the cup. You just

simply stick the end in your nose, bend at the waist, and tilt your head, as far

as you can to the side and look at the ceiling and just let the water pour into

your nostril. I do a count of ten on one side then do the other nostril. Just

wipe your nostrils with a Kleenex, then inhale through your nose with you head

back. Then do the Nasya oil. Again inhale deeply, till you feel it trickle

down the back of your throat. Take your shower, or bath, and when you are all

done, then you blow your nose. You might also consider a tongue scrapper. I got

mine from www.banyanbotanicals.com . Hope this helps!!!

Dear Mayuri:

I just us the botanical Nasya oil from Banyan Botanicals. I am not entirely

certain, it would help with allergies. My dad suffered terrible sinus

headaches, and he had the surgery, and was fine after ward.

www.banyanbotanicals.com I also got my netti cup and tongue scraper from them,

as well as medicines. Good luck, my friend.

Namaste'

Bonnie,

Thanks a lot for reply.

I am so much frustrated, because .I am in situation that even though i don't

like to take allopathic medicine. I have to take it. And all medicine has side

effects,. so prevent that take another one.

Dr prescribed me ( i forgot the name) which dissolve mucus. but increase high

B.P.And again to control B.P. I do need to take another medicine.(atenolol)

I really want to know how to control allergic rhinitis..I had small surgery

which is Dr burn turbinate.

But htanks again for reply.

Dear Mayuri:

My Nasya oil is called just that Nasya oil. I don't have the problems you do,

and steroid sprays, cause more irritation. The Nasya is very soothing to one's

nasal passages. The neti will keep you clean and free of bacteria. Your

problem sounds more viral, and there isn't much one can do about that. You

really should get the surgery. I know if it were me I would!! I remember so

well, seeing the excruciating pain in my poor Father's eyes when he was hurting

from his sinus's.....god bless him, he never complained. But got the surgery,

and he was fine.....no more pain.

Best wishes,

Bonnie
