I see that you have an e-mail ID.

1)Please go to .

2)On the links available there click on groups. This will take you to

the groups home page.

3)There click on log in.

4)You will be asked your ID and password.

5)Once you log in, click on "my groups".

6)All groups of which you are a member will be displayed.

7)Click on the ayurveda online link.

8)This will get you the group home page.

9)Once there you will see links like "files", "photos", "database"

etc. Among them click on photos. Folders of different topics of

photographs will be displayed. Click on "yogasanas".

For downloading the photos to your computer, right click on the image

and click "Save target as"

 

For non ID members, you will have to create a ID and link

your present e-mail to it. Then follow 1 to 9
