Guest guest
Hi Sash What I have noticed in most of my clients with depression is that they haven't found their dharma (purpose in life). Although there is manic depression (bipolar), which is a chemical imbalance and harder to over come, everybody is here for a greater purpose and has greater potential then they usually display. Most people have a hard time finding their dharma because they have too many choices. They are constantly looking for right or wrong, big and small or good and bad. They have a hard time counting their blessing (which counters depression) because they have so many! I thought a lot about this in my youth and came up with a little saying that puts it into prospective for me. I LIVE IN A COUNTRY WERE I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT EATING TOO MUCH, INSTEAD OF TOO LITTLE. The dharma thing is easer then you think; when you are falling asleep at night you ask your creator for your purpose in life. Then you keep your eyes and mind open. It may take a few days, few weeks, or even a few months, but eventually it will be obvious; It will be the thing that excites you the most. The only thing that will keep you from having it is lack of time, money or other people's opinions. If you go for it God will provide the time and money. You will have to provide the patience for other peoples opinions. Bless you my friend . Noel .
