Please go to the group website by clicking on http://health.ayurveda/ and click on messages button on left side of the screen. There are several anti-depressants suggested by different members. To make life easier, author suggests one quick simple remedy. Take a cup of water. Just add 1/4-1/2 tsp ginger powder, a little jaggery or candy sugar and 11 freshly plucked leaves of Tulsi (Holy basil) and slow boil till half quantity of water remains. Drink this pleasant (need not strain it) tea 2-3 times a day. Above tea, without sugar or jaggery is served all over world in Vipassana Meditation Centres.
