Dear members,

A new government is coming to power in India,And I expect the coming Goverment

may help for the development of traditional practices.

We physicians must explain what are the things must be done for the development

of native system and I ask the Indian members to discuss the matter vividly and.

latter forward a request to the health ministry on the basis of discussion.

In my part I have some requests.

1,There is said to be an act that some diseases are incurable, like paralysis,

psoriosis, cancer, like this there are some 50 diseases notified by the governmet

as incurables and advertising treatmet for thisdisease is offence.

This act is based by a similar orderby Britsh medical coucil.

Those who knows the matter please discuss it in detail.

I want this act must be scrapped.

Because in Indian system these diseases are curable and Indian medical

practitioners

are not boud to British laws

Also Indian medical councial[allopathic side ]has no right to bring laws upon us

Previously Traditional practioners are given certificates as REGISTERED INDIAN

MEDICAL PRACTITIOERS[R.I.M.P]after 1972 Govt stopped issuing certificates,why?

who is on our way I want to know?

I wish all traditional practitioners must be issued a certificate by the

government

and this practice must be made legal

I request the members to discuss similar issues and chart our needs first.

Thanking you,

R.Vidhyasagar.
