I am a former Jivamukti-NYC Yoga practitioner, and I was looking over some handwritten notes I made a few years ago about one of the series we did in class. My notes refer to what the instructor apparently referred to as a "compass pose," but, at the time, the asana still being fresh in my mind, I didn't have the foresight to write down a description of what "compass pose" was supposed to be. I can't for the life of me remember, now, what "compass pose" is, and all attempts to find mention of it in any yoga-related sources have been unavailing. Is anyone familiar with this yoga asana?
