Guest guest
Dear Bonnie, I know many people who do yoga who know nothing about Ayurveda and who want to know nohing about Ayurveda. However, Dr. Mankikar is right in that they are mutually beneficial. People can progress faster doing both. Gurubandhu Does the Yoga draw you in automatically to Ayurveda?? I want to learn as much as possible about this wonderful combination. Thank you for taking the time to answer, I do so appreciate it! Guest guest
Thank you, I have gotten word of two residential programs available to me in India in January and/or February for some workshops. I think I am going to do it. I feel something drawing me in to this. Bonnie
Guest guest
I think the therapeutic usage of Yaga is greatly enhanced with the understanding of Ayurvedic principles. I have effectively used it. I am a yoga teacher of 20 years vintage. I am not a qualified Ayurveda doctor, but my father, grandfather, greatgrand father were. Hence have been fully convesant with Ayurvedic principles.
