Guest guest
Mr, Goswami, As you say you are suffering from this problem all over your life, it is body,s constitution or genitical make-up. Okay. there are several medicines for this. one grass we use to vinayaga is [cynodon Dactylon] Lord vinayaga is called vigneswara means correcting errors. The stem must be collected personaly, because the portion between two root joints only to be taken and the roots should not be used , shade dry and then sun dry powder and store. Make a soup of this , 20 grams root powder, peper nigrum,5 grams and 10 grams butter. boil 15 minutes. filter and drink at evening. This makes you more peaceful. This is recomended by saints to correct vasi, means natural running of breathing through right side of the nose and correcting kundalini yoga. Thanking you , R.Vidhyasagar. Guest guest
I also suffer from anxiety and depression all my life, even in childhood. But I live here in Europe. Isn't there any medicine that can be used when not having the possibility to collect plants or herbs in India? Guest guest
Conny: I thought St. John's Wort, was popular in Europe? I too have been depressed all of my life as well. I just take a prescription drug that my Psychiatrist ordered up for me, and it works quite well. I also need strong medicines for insomnia as well. I have found nothing else that works for me. Guest guest
One often overlooked medicine which many think is one of the best medicines for all mental disorders - is Manasamitravatakam. Vaidyaratnam P.S. Varier - said of this medicine "Any one taking this will develop a happy trend of mind - poetic taste - mastery of expression - etc." My observation is that in those disorders that have a neurotic mind state associated with the basic disease are best suited for this medicine. Examples like fear and anxiety associated with depression that get projected onto others is helped by this powerful medicine. Of course this medicine is not for everyone. When using this medicine take it twice a day with vehicles such as Brahmi ghritam or Saraswati ghritam. ayurveda, <bonniect@c...> wrote: > Conny: > I thought St. John's Wort, was popular in Europe?
