Guest guest
Now I don't know what to eat??? I have never been a heavy meat eater. I do like chicken, turkey and fish. I find beef a bit to heavy to digest. If one were to become a vegetarian, what would be a good breakfast choice? Can someone recommend a good veggie cookbook?? That was a fine debate by the way!! In a western book by Dr. Michael Klaper " Vegan Nutrition Pure and Simple" he talk about the different effects on the body from eating animals, it has some pretty intersting things in it. One of the cook books I use is by Amadea Morningstar "The Ayurvedic Cookbook" I do have a challenge with getting a few of the herbs though and the second book I use is Lorna Sass "Complete Vegetarian Kitchen" Both have alot to offer. Hope they help. Respectfully Jim
