back then, all meat (which was never prohibited in Ayurveda) was wild,

and was naturally rich in EPA/DHA

thus EFAs were a non-issue

its only an issue now b/c of industrial farming practices and the

widespread adoption of grain and nut oils in preference to saturated

fats such as coconut, ghee and lard/tallow etc
