Sat Nam,

I am new into this wonderful Ayurveda´s group though I have been

reading about it for years. Congratulations for your good pieces of

advices.

I started yoga through Hatha yoga till I met Kundalini. I have been a

Kundalini Yoga practitioner for the last few years and hopefully

forever and ever.

I have also been attending a workshop about medicine through

Kundalini yoga for the last 4 months and still on. It is very

interesting though I find it difficult to follow because of the

society we live in.

I got into Sat Nam Rasayan through curiosity (I just wanted to know

what it was about)but I have been under healing treatment for the

last 4 weeks and I just want to keep on going on. I really feel that

something is working inside and in the outside but I cannot tell you

what. I just know that there is a sutil movement going on but I

cannot explained it because it is slow and deep.

My eating habits are deeply changing. I only have desire for fruit

and vegetable juices, nuts, bread and pasta. I have always had a lot

of daily milk intake since child (about two liters a day), now I can

neither take dairy products nor hot spices. I do drink 2 liters of

water a day or more. I wake up covered in sweat at night but I feel

fine though tired and kind of lack of memory sometimes. (alerteness I

would say). I am fit and slim. I have to say I am 47 about 48 next

month, pre-menopause. May I ask you for your piece of advise?. I feel

great, sleep fine, I should not worried about it but I just wonder.

Thank you.

Sat Nam,

Maryan
