well, with all due respect I think that he misunderstands the axiom

but this wouldn't be the first time Vasant Lad and I have a difference

of opinion

let somebody examine what I've stated and find a problem with it

the idea of actually trying to feed somebody food while they have a

fever is pure nonsense

and I ask all of you - who feels like eating when you are sick in bed

with a fever?! Compliance alone defeats this as a literal axiom

 

and please, just call me Todd :-)

ME- Lol. I am a voracious eater fever or no fever.

I agree with you completely, just based on experience, with child hood illness,

and my own pneumonia. One can barely left ones head of the pillow, let alone

gouge down a meal! But.....when I do get a cold in my head and chest, for some

reason I am starving. It may be due to swallowing mucous, so the stomach could

be sending hunger signals.
