All cynicism and criticism aside,

people should consult an ayurvedic practitioner to know if they really are vata

or pitta or kapha, by prakriti or by vikriti.

I agree with the gentleman , who has described ABCD...... etc. that it is one

thing if a practitioner describes it as vata , and another if a misguided

patient calls himself/ herself as vat a or pitta, or whatever.

 

By the way, he seems to be a South Indian for calling it vatha or vada instead

of vata.

 

It is difficult to run such a service, since not every one subscribing to it is

a physician or an ayurvedic practitioner. And some people just monopolize the

service by putting every bit of irrelevancy on line.
