Dear Dr. V,

I also know you from the Candidaisis forum. I am glad to also see you

on the Ayurveda forum as well.

With all due respect of your study and practice of Siddha, many of us

describe our body types/doshas when requesting information since not

all herbs, spices are suitable for everyone, for example: eating

garlic is very aggravating to me as a Pitta and would not be a good

choice since it would create an imbalance and although might cure one

problem, yet cause another problem instead. There are many, many

wonderful preparations, spices and herbs to choose from...we simply

want to select something that will not aggravate.

Do you follow my thoughts on this? If we are to eat, drink according

to our body type, then medicines (herbal or otherwise) taken by mouth

would have to be considered in the same way. Isn't that correct?

Thank you

Deborah
