I am relatively new to Ayurveda (a few months) but enjoying very good health results and losing weight as well. There is a wonderful new store called Spices of Asia on route 1 (exit 14 off I-95) here in Norwalk. They carry a good complement of Asian, Indian spices. I am still looking for a good grocery for some of the items such as Bitter Gourd. There also is an Oriental Market also in Norwalk where I buy my split yellow moong dal.
