Hi all

 

It is felt that a querry on above subject is pending without any

reply for a long time. Could not search which member had posted. An

approximate remote recommendation is:

 

 

1. Leave some empty space in stomach after meals. Spread your

diet over 4 to 5 times a day. This will reduce the pressure on

stomach. Avoid foods wihich are difficult to digest as per your

constitution. Cooked green gram, barley cooked with more water easier to digest

examples. Adopt Saindhava salt or sea salt instead of iodized.

 

2. Medicines: Sutsekhar Ras: 2 Tabs 125 mg each, 2x day

Mix Giloy satva: 125 mg, Yavkshar 125 mg,

Hingashtak powder 250 mg and take twice a day, preferably after

meals.

3. You can apply heating pad, whenever you find pain in stomach

area.

4. Do not allow constipation.

5. In case you are unable to obtain Tabs and powder given at

Serial No. 2, take Aarogyavardhini Ras No. 1, two Tab. 125 mg each

and Brihad Shankhvati 2 Tabs 125 mg each for approximately three

months, after meals.

6. Reduce spices and chillies in cooking.

7. Do not lie down on bed at least 1 hour after meals.

 

With above precautions and medications, you should be able to control

the problem to a comfortable level.
