At my gym, they want me to eat 4 meals a day containing 425 per meal. I just laughed, needless to say! I am lucky if I take in that many calories in a week!! When I could eat breakfast, I would have the organic eggs, at least I hope they were. 5 whites, with one yolk, and bowl of real Scottish oatmeal, with flax seed and bee pollen. and a pint of fresh blueberries. I was not hungry for the next two meals, but could eat a supper of fish, and broccoli, with brown basmati rice. I can't do that anymore, as the appetite, much like the libido, is dead!! My husband is worried sick over what changes are taking place in me. So, as you can see, I am traveling down every avenue available to me!! I just don't want to take something that could be old or poisonous, as you pointed out! I seriously believe the only thing keeping me going is my Acupuncture, and Reiki, and meditation.
