Blister/swelling in front left edge of tongue

Dear Vaidyas,

 

Namaste.

 

I had a woman present with a large swelling, almost

resembling a blister, on her tongue on the left outer edge -

corresponding to the lung area. I have not as yet done an intake so

I don't know her prakriti or vikruti. She says she doesn't notice

anything in her lungs except perhaps a dry cough. She has been

running a low grade temperature (100) for a few days.

 

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas would be very appreciated.
