As a very keen Yogi, I have been following a near vegan diet now for many months but find it quite difficult to sustain for long periods and would sometimes like to eat some milk products (particularly when travelling) but have read a lot of publicity stating that milk is very bad for our health ... is this true - any advice would be greatly appreaciated.
