Guest guest
You could do Soy or Goats milk!! Dairy tends to make a mucous buildup, and then you become damp. Bon
Guest guest
My ayurvedic teacher said something very interesting about milk and some banned herbs. He mentioned how some herbs are banned now because of mis-education by the public and not realizing that some shouldn't be used for a prolonged period. Similar with milk - milk today is not what it was simply because of hormones that alter it's natural composition. So I think that organic milk isn't harmful, and is actually used to take in herbs in ayurveda along with ghee. I don't think that our ancestors would have continued drinking milk if it was so bad, I just think that the tampering of today's industries have changed it's purity, thus blaming milk itself. I would look into it more though, this is just my understanding of it.
