Ayurved Online Message milk and milk products

My ayurvedic teacher said something very interesting

about milk and some banned herbs. He mentioned how

some herbs are banned now because of mis-education by

the public and not realizing that some shouldn't be

used for a prolonged period. Similar with milk - milk

today is not what it was simply because of hormones

that alter it's natural composition. So I think that

organic milk isn't harmful, and is actually used to

take in herbs in ayurveda along with ghee. I don't

think that our ancestors would have continued drinking

milk if it was so bad, I just think that the tampering

of today's industries have changed it's purity, thus

blaming milk itself. I would look into it more though,

this is just my understanding of it.
