I am on the cusp of Kapha and Vata, and I too produce mucous. I feel as though

I have a fur ball in my throat constantly! I am always struggling to swallow

the unswallowable! I find it hard to meditate, as I am dealing with that stupid

lump. My other real problem, and I consider it very serious, is my inability to

eat. I have no appetite what so ever!! What could cause this?? I have just

recently bought some books on the subject, but haven't even perused them yet. I

even do self healing with Reiki, and that doesn't help either.

Dear Bonnie,

 

My spiritual teacher, who is a yogic master from India said that if one does

take "weed", orally is the way to do it. It can help stomach related problems

like appetite. Smoking is not good for anyone at any time.

Thanks HAH. This is so funny! I was thinking to myself yesterday about what you

are telling me, as I get very angry with myself that I can't eat. So I thought,

what am I going to do? Be forced to smoke pot or take THC for Godsake! Is this

all legal? Problem is, even though I grew up in the sixties, I never liked

pot!! Thank you for the info, I will look it over and let you know how it

goes!!
