Guest guest
I wish I had told everyone about this sooner but I just thought to use email today! This event coming this weekend is amazing. Dr. Cobb is a doctor of chiropractics. He has a gift of assessing people. This technique from Russia he teaches is primarily for joint health and I have seen it work on myself in yoga and especially dance. Movement becomes so fluid. The seminars provide a wealth of information and practical techniques that I have incorporated into my classes. My students love it. Because it is simple they have told me that they practice it at work, home and while traveling. It is a safe technique to use if you have students with injuries. It's similar to yoga in that the movements allow the body to heal itself. It is relatively new in this country so if you come to the seminar you will be able to have individual attention. His private sessions are all booked up but there's still room in the seminars. Enjoy! EVENTS SCHEDULE: Thursday, January 29th - FREE!
