I want to do a midwifery placement in India in September this year with a traditional midwife or at a birthing center. Can anyone here recommend a place that i can go to to learn from traditional midwives? Somewhere near the Yogananda ashram would be good! You can contact some of the ayurvedic colleges in the area to ask if they are ready to offer the same. One of them would be the Benares Hindu University (bhu.ac.in/ayurveda).
