Guest guest
Mr. Khalsa, I would try tee tree oil (topical) for the ring worm. Jock itch is a sign of an over growth of Candida albicans or just Candidiasis. I would try a good probiotic; Acicophilus is one strand and there are many strands.Try to get one with as many as possible. Here's a diet for you. Noel Gilbert, Counselor,BODY MIND AND SOUL 530-885-1882 SATTVA ANTI-CANDIDA DIET - DESCRIPTION Recently, attention has been directed to the relationship between diet and vaginal yeast, chronic intestinal and systemic infection with Candida albicans. Candida albicans, a yeast, ferments sugars to alcohol, and therefore thrives in a sugar-rich environment. It is foe this reason dietary strategies are designed toward reducing sugar an available simple carbohydrate intake and increasing fiber, complex carbohydrate and protein. Foods contaminated with yeast. Such a fermented fruit or fruit drinks or moldy foods, should be avoided. The anti Candida Diet meets all the adequate nutrient standards of the RDA. There is some controversy as to how restricted the anti-Candida Diet needs to be in starch, Grains, vegetables and yeast-risen breads. Some doctors advocate a very low total carbohydrate diet with no yeast containing products, whereas others feel the elimination of fermentable sugars should be the focus of the diet. Mrs. Khalsa If your rectal pain is sharp it is a Vata problem; if it burns it is Pitta in nature and if it is a dull pain then it is a Kapha problem; never the less it sounds like you might have internal and or external hemorrhoids. Going for long walks and eating a high fiber diet may help. As far as your other problems go those are all a sign of menopause. the best thing to do is get your hormones check buy and open minded doctor. if this is not possible then try a good Progesterone cream. Nine out of ten women whom are going through menopause are Progesterone deficient. You also may have Candida: I would go on the diet too if I were you. You can find the Probiotic and the Progesterone cream on line ...... Good luck .... Noel.....
Guest guest
Dear Noel, Thank you very much for the reply. I have tried tea tree oil. It did not do anything and in fact burned for awhile. I also tried lavender and other essential oils including an oil that is similiar to neem oil. I think it was called karela. The name escapes me.
