Guest guest
My husband wrote in previously. I believe I am mostly vata and pitta. That's what an ayurvedic physician told me. I get a rectal pain sometimes possibly from an allery stress. I am moody and cry a lot. My memory needs improvement and I have an aversion to sex. i am tired a lot, have back pain, my feet hurt and have cramps occasionally in my hands and feet. I am a vegetarian. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks
Guest guest
It is so unique to see someone else like me; I am Vata Pitta who has problems with memory, I can think something and when I go to say it I screw up the words and it doesn't come out the way I thought it or one moment I can think something in a conversation and next minute forget it without ever saying it. I also do not remember much of my past my friends will come up to me and say do you remember when we did this or that and I cannot remember any of it.I have cramps mostly in my legs and hands. I also have a aversion to sex but sometimes cycle into a desire for it but never act on it. I have back pain that never goes away even though I get massage work on it, and also have had lower back surgey. I am also a vegetarian who eats a little dairy. It would be wonderful if someone out there would be able to explain why we have these things and give suggestions on how to reduce them. Thank you for writting and letting me know that I am not alone. Jim
Guest guest
I've had a lot of problems with memory over the past 15 years, as well as a host of other problems. I was diagnosed by a Naturopath as having candida. I recently started following the advice of an Ayurvedic Doctor by the name of Andreas Moritz. He has a forum at www.curezone.com. The site, as well as the forum are free. Since following his advice, I've been getting better and better on a daily basis. He's big on cleansing the body. And well worth a look.
