Recently I 've started keeping ill health due to frequent colds & had been suffering from Oesnophilia. I 've also the problem of sinusitis. Awaiting ur valuable answers. Sheeba. Guest guest
Dear Sheeba, Where are you growing up ? In India or elsewhere ? There are several questions that you have not addressed. 1) Genetically, are your parents short ? 2) Do you have other siblings ( brothers / sisters) ? Are they tall? How tall ? One cannot change our genetic make up. One can take Growth Hormone shots, which have their own problems like Diabetes, etc. Also, you are too late in age for these shots, because by now your bones have fused and cannot grow any more. 3) The city that you are growing up in, is it polluted ( air pollution ) ? --that might explain your constant sinus trouble. 4) Do you have regular periods ? If you have scanty periods, or irregular periods, you may have hormonal imbalance, and need to have your pituitary studied from an Endocrinologist. 5) As long as you are otherwise healthy ( barring the effects of pollution in your city), and are able to exercise on a regular basis without feeling short of breath, and have a lively sense of humor, and a great personality, and are able to study whtever it is that turns you on at your age of 24, I do not think you should worry about your height or weight.Actually, for your height, that weight is probably appropriate. I have known many short women that carry the " stick" in the house, and rule with an iron hand and their husbands / colleagues are under their full control. But , do not be a control freak either, there being a known entity of a short women syndrome. In your ultimate choice of your marriage partner, perhaps, all things being equal and appealing to you, marry a tall guy, and you'll have a taller progeny. I recommend regular diet and regular exercise and read all books on humor and philosophy and study whatever appeals to you, if there are no hormonal problems that need to be corrected.
