I have been avoiding dairy and glutens and taking lots of ginger, curry, cinnamon, and garlic. I'm seeing great improvement in my digestive area and my psoriasis is really clearing up, which never happens in the winter! I'm a big fan of ginger especially. I've had every thyroid test done...even the full panel saliva test which is said to be the best for seeing cellular level. In fact, if was on the high end of T3. I am about to take a saliva test for adrenal function- I took the test for adrenal fatigue and it was like " Wow...how did you know???" People in the candida group have been pushing coconut oil. Does ayurveda see coconut as medicinal ? Another note...this isn't really Ayurvedic, but I tried a bunch of deep breathing exercises yesterday and my body temp stayed up all day, as did my energy. So far today my body temp is normal...I've always been a shallow breather. Perhaps a simple lack of oxygen could be my problem. Time for ginger tea!
