Just walking is probably best now until you lose the weight by making dietary shifts and nutrient supplementation. Walking uphill is particularly good. You are already carrying quite a load. for you sweat on your face and armpits is enough. as you lose more weight thru diet emphasize the weight bearing as opposed to aerobics - its a better way to train muscle. > > I am not sure if it's the change in weather or what. Eat spicy herbs like cayenne, horseradish (e.g. wasabi) and ginger to get the mucus flowing, but don't over do it. Use jala neti (nasal irrigation w/ isotonic water), and steam inhalation.
